On February 19th 2015, London's Design Museum has announced the nominations for its prestigious Designs of the Year award. Now in its eighth year, the award honors the most innovative, interesting and forward-looking designs from all over the world that “promotes or delivers change, enables access, extends design practice or captures the spirit of the year”， spanning the categories of architecture, digital, fashion, product, graphics and transport.
Beijing No.4 High School Fangshan Campus designed by OPEN, otherwise known as the Garden School, was among 15 shortlisted projects in the Architecture category. Arena do Morro by Herzog & de Meuron, Foundation Louis Vuitton by Gehry Partners and One Central Park by Ateliers Jean Nouvel are also on the list.
The exhibition of the nominated entries will run from 25 March 2015 to 23 August 2015 in Design Museum London.
