The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York featured OPEN's UCCA Dune Art Museum as part of its permanent collection exhibition, Down to Earth. In 2020, twenty pieces of the Dune’s artwork were collected by MoMA, including the physical model, sketches, photographs, drawings, and a documentary. These works collectively capture the essence of the museum's innovative approach and its integration into the natural landscape.
The Down to Earth exhibition is located in MoMA's Gallery 216 and is set to run for two to three years. Throughout the exhibition, the twenty pieces of Dune Art Museum’s artwork in the MoMA collection will be displayed on a rotating basis, highlighting different aspects of the project.
