PROJECT ARCHITECT

Starts:

1. Minimum of eight-year work experience in internationally renowned offices, having been involved in all phases of design work for medium to large-scale public projects;
2. Good design sensitivity, sound technical knowledge, and keen attention to detail;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other work-related software;
4. Good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, able to effectively organize and lead design teams;
5. Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.

ARCHITECT

Starts:

1. Minimum of one year of work experience in the architecture field;
2. Excellent design ability and presentation skills;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other work-related software;
4. Clear thinker, organized, self-driven;
5. Professional degree in Architecture;
6. Good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, able to work collaboratively;
7. Passionate designer, dynamic and energetic, always curious about new things;
8. Design-related specialty skills are highly preferred (for example, outstanding design software proficiency, physical model making, animation, special effects and etc.). Please clearly state any specialty skills in the application;
9. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.

Technical Architect

Starts:

We do appreciate different skill sets and will evaluate each candidate accordingly.

1. Minimum of eight-year of work experience in internationally renowned offices, strong ability and personal interests in architectural technology, including but not limited to the comprehensive understanding of various building systems; the ability to coordinate and integrate all related disciplines (structure, MEP, and etc.); able to develop technical details independently; the ability to coordinate the implementation of complex projects;
2. Sound technical knowledge with good design sensitivity; A genuine understanding of technical issues are also design issues;
3. Curious about developments in building technologies, able to continuously learn and grow;
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and other work-related software;
5. Good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, able to effectively organize and lead design teams;
6. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.

Facade Architect

Starts:

1. Professional degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Curtain Wall Design, Civil Engineering or other relative majors;
2. Minimum of two-year work experience in curtain wall or relative experiences; having been involved in different phases of design work on medium to large-scale public projects, strong understanding of curtain wall standards and building codes, and experience working with consultants;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and other work-related software is preferred;
4. Good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, able to effectively organize and lead design teams;
5. Passion and interest in architectural design; a desire to participate throughout the design process; a desire to be part of a motivated and passionate team of architects;
6. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.

Media Coordinator and Design Researcher

Starts:

1. Passionate for architecture, city, design, and cultural communications;
2. Good communication skills, previous experience in media and press preferred;
3. Having a global perspective, being familiar with the operations of new media; 
4. Fluent in English and Chinese; good writing ability, especially in English writing;
5. Good design sensitivity; graphic design ability or skill in video editing preferred;  
6. Proficient in work-related software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Microsoft Office; photography, film, and visual arts enthusiast preferred;
7. Meticulous and organized, responsible, positive working attitude;
8. For design-research oriented applicants, good foundation in architectural theory and knowledge is required. Excellent research and presentation skills are necessary.

INTERN

Starts:

1. Master student, student in the gap year or undergraduate student above grade 4, majoring in Architecture;
2. Minimum three months, six months and longer preferred;
3. Good design sensitivity;
4. Proficient with work-related software (including but not limited to AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other work-related software) or physical modeling;
5. Previous work experience preferred.
