OPEN’s MARS Case Opens at the 2018 China House Vision Exhibition in Beijing, 2018-09-12

OPEN Architecture’s MARS Case—a minimal housing proposal created in collaboration with Chinese electronics giant XIAOMI—was recently unveiled at House Vision, a cross-industry innovation platform for future housing founded and curated by Kenya Hara. Seamlessly combining technology, product design, and architecture, the mobile unit challenges the conventions of the contemporary “house” to explore the meaning of truly simple and sustainable living. It will be on display outside Beijing’s Bird’s Nest National Stadium until November 6th, 2018.
